Lillian Redford, Karen's Mother @ the graveside
This is a how peaceful I think the spirit world would be like rejoined with our loved ones that have passed on. After seeing Mom go, we are certain she didn't taste of death. It was sweet to her and she welcomed it.
Remember, what separates us from them (those in the spirit world) is a veil, not a wall. And it was very thin when she passed on and will be through certain events of our lives that she would have been involved in if she were still here on the earth. She is our Mother and we know a Mother's roll is not done, even after they pass they still have real concern for their family.
The 4th Verse of the LDS Hymn "I Believe in Christ":
4. I believe in Christ; he stands supreme!
From him I’ll gain my fondest dream;
And while I strive through grief and pain,
His voice is heard: “Ye shall obtain.”
I believe in Christ; so come what may,
With him I’ll stand in that great day
When on this earth he comes again
To rule among the sons of men.
From him I’ll gain my fondest dream;
And while I strive through grief and pain,
His voice is heard: “Ye shall obtain.”
I believe in Christ; so come what may,
With him I’ll stand in that great day
When on this earth he comes again
To rule among the sons of men.
